Will Blog for Peace

Greetings, Readers!
At the outset of this blog, most of you are probably classmates from Iliff's online course, "Women, War & Religion." This blog is beginning as one arm of a group project on the recent conflict in Liberia and the efforts (particularly of women) to establish and maintain peace.

So what might this blog accomplish? A few things:
  • It can be a forum for sharing news, articles, media and thoughts pertaining to Liberia--past, present and future.
  • It can be a place for sharing your thoughts and reactions to things that you read here, see elsewhere or think for yourself.
  • It can hope to raise awareness and prevent future conflict (in Liberia and elsewhere.)
  • It can celebrate the work of those who seek peace and reconciliation.

What else? What would you like to see here? What might you contribute, dear readers?
